What this platform is for
RF21A is the shorter cut of the same platform: HS6621C, 2.4 GHz RF plus BLE, Google voice, 140 mm instead of 143 mm.
The difference is not spec, it is fit. Where the hand is smaller or the key pitch has to be tighter, RF21A is the version to sample first.

- Same electronics as RF16D: HS6621C, 2.4 GHz RF plus BLE, Google voice.
- Shorter body at 140 mm, 18 mm thick.
- Range ≥15 m.
What can change per program
- Body length and key pitch — the 3 mm difference is a fit decision, not a spec decision.
- Key map — key count, legend, and the functions behind each key are defined per program.
- Firmware — a configured build for your platform, or a BSP and driver layer for your own application team.
- Appearance — logo, silkscreen, paint, plating or texture, and the retail packaging.
- Certification — CE, FCC, UKCA, KCC or TELEC are scoped to the final configuration and market.
Ranges are platform values for the reference build. The figure that applies to your product is confirmed on the test line and written into the datasheet.
